Peter McBay BSc(Hons) ACFS TMCM
Position: Founder & CEO
Peter McBay is the founder and CEO of Bespoke Integrity Solutions Ltd. An experienced and accomplished investigator, workplace mediator, and ISO certification auditor, Peter brings over 30 years of policing experience to the role. His extensive career has involved leading investigations into financial crime, corruption, money laundering, organisational dishonesty, election fraud, aviation security, extremist threats, and mass disasters.
Peter is a qualified Interpersonal Mediator, an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist, and a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).
He thrives on challenges, takes pride in delivering results, and is a natural leader who excels at problem-solving and team collaboration.
Richard Rothwell BA (Hons) FCMI
Position: Associate Consultant
Bespoke Integrity Solutions Ltd. is proud to associate with Richard Rothwell, a highly respected leader with an exemplary policing career.
Richard served as Chief Superintendent with West Yorkshire Police and later as a Specialist Inspector with Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC).
Trained at the prestigious Police Staff College, Bramshill, Richard has commanded multiple police divisions, overseeing over 500 staff and managing multi-million-pound budgets. As an HMIC Inspector, he led nationwide reviews into Serious & Organised Crime and Major Crime units across all 43 UK police forces. Richard’s consultancy work has included modernising police services in Abu Dhabi, Somaliland, and the UK Civil Nuclear Constabulary.
He currently chairs the Board of Directors of a Harrogate-based company and brings exceptional audit, leadership, and review expertise to our clients.
