1. Who we are

Bespoke Integrity Solutions Limited (BIS) operates www.bespokeintegritysolutions.com. BIS is registered in England and Wales under company number 11897288. Its registered office is 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

If you have questions about this notice or our use of website technologies, please email peter@bespokeintegritysolutions.com. Our separate Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information more generally.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are temporary session cookies; others remain for a specified period. Websites may also use browser Local Storage or Session Storage, or load resources from external service providers. These technologies are not all cookies, but some fall under the same UK privacy rules.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace and uses services that help it operate, protect its contact form, display fonts and, where you choose, understand how visitors use the website.

3. Why we use these technologies

Necessary and security functions. Squarespace uses a security cookie to help protect the website against unauthorised requests. Google reCAPTCHA is used with our Contact form to help detect automated submissions and abuse. Security-related browser storage may be used for that purpose.

Cookie preferences. Once our cookie controls are enabled, Squarespace may store your choices so that it can respect them on later visits.

Optional analytics. With your consent, Squarespace Analytics uses cookies to help us understand visitor numbers, traffic sources and how the website is used so that we can improve it. You can decline optional analytics without being prevented from viewing the ordinary website.

Website fonts. Our site uses Adobe Fonts to display its typography. Adobe-hosted resources are requested when relevant pages load; Adobe also measures font usage for the operation of its font service.

4. Cookies and browser storage identified during our website assessment

Our October 2026 Safari Private Browsing assessment observed the following items. The durations for Squarespace cookies are taken from Squarespace’s published documentation; not every expiry was directly measured during the test.

test — BIS website. Local Storage entry identified during our October 2026 website assessment. Its source, purpose and duration have not yet been established. BIS is continuing to review this entry and will update this notice and its controls if further investigation establishes that changes are required.

Observed items reflect one Safari Private Browsing test; this does not establish all possible browser behaviour.

5. Other Squarespace cookies that may appear

Squarespace also documents the analytics cookies ss_cid (two years), ss_cpvisit (two years) and ss_cvisit (30 minutes). These were not observed in our initial Safari test and are not presented here as confirmed active cookies on every BIS visit.

After the consent banner is configured, Squarespace may use ss_performancecookiesAllowed and ss_marketingcookiesAllowed (each documented as 30 days) to remember visitors’ performance/analytics and marketing cookie choices. These were not present during our initial test because the banner was disabled.

Google documents a reCAPTCHA security cookie named _GRECAPTCHA. We did not observe a Google cookie in our Safari test; its appearance in other browsers or circumstances has not been ruled out.

6. Third-party services and resource requests

Squarespace provides website hosting, essential website functions and optional analytics. Google reCAPTCHA provides protection against automated or abusive form activity and may process technical information associated with a browser’s request for that security purpose. Adobe Fonts supplies web fonts and receives font-delivery and usage-measurement requests. Adobe states that its web-font service does not set or use cookies to serve fonts.

Our Safari assessment confirmed requests to Google reCAPTCHA and to Adobe Fonts, including p.typekit.net. A request to a third party is not, on its own, proof that a cookie has been set.

We did not identify an active Google Analytics measurement ID or advertising pixel in the configuration and limited tests reviewed. This is not a guarantee that third-party technologies will never be added to the website.

7. Your choices

When the updated cookie controls go live, our cookie banner will allow you to accept optional cookies, decline them, or manage your preferences. We will restrict non-essential Squarespace analytics cookies until you choose to allow them.

You will also be able to revisit your choice through a visible Cookie Preferences control on the website. Changing your preference prevents future optional use covered by the controls; it may not remove every cookie already stored on your device. You can also clear cookies and browser storage through your browser’s settings.

Necessary security technologies may continue to operate even if you decline optional analytics. Certain third-party technologies may not be controlled by Squarespace’s native banner and are assessed separately.

8. Visitor-level Activity Log

BIS does not use Squarespace’s individual visitor Activity Log as part of its intended privacy configuration. We may still receive website statistics and technical information needed by Squarespace to operate and protect the service.

9. Personal information and your rights

Where cookies, browser storage or external website services involve personal information, our Privacy Notice explains our purposes, lawful bases, recipients, retention, rights and contact arrangements. UK rules on storing or accessing information on a device may apply even where the information is not itself personal data.

Please email peter@bespokeintegritysolutions.com if you have a question about our use of website technologies or wish to raise a privacy concern.

10. Changes to this notice

We will review this notice when our website technology, providers or cookie controls change. The published version will show its most recent update date.
