Bespoke Integrity Solutions (BIS) Ltd and its associates, have highly qualified specialist individuals, supported by a long and extensive evidenced history of knowledge and expertise.

This expertise has been gained from many years of investigating to a successful conclusion, complex matters of financial crime and financial impropriety, in both small private organisations and large public bodies. We’ve looked in detail at both individual actions and overarching corporate processes. 
 
We help businesses ensure they have effective and robust procedures and processes so as to remain profitable. Yet at the same time being alert and resilient to any potential threats such as fraudulent activity or questionable staff honesty.

Peter McBay

Founder & CEO

Peter McBay is an experienced and accomplished financial investigator with over 30 years policing experience.

He is a versatile individual with knowledge and experience of managing tasks and projects linked with financial crime, corruption, money laundering, election fraud, aviation security, extremist related threats and mass disasters. Pete is an individual, who thrives on challenges, takes great pride in delivering results and seeing things through to conclusion. He is a successful leader, who works best when working as part of team, leading others solving problems and making decisions.

Richard Rothwell

BA(Hons) FCMI.​ - Associate

Bespoke Integrity Solutions Ltd. is pleased to associate with Richard Rothwell BA (Hons) FCMI.
 
Richard completed an exemplary policing career as a Chief Superintendent with West Yorkshire Police and latterly Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) – Specialist Inspectorate (Westminster).
His senior development was provided by the Police Staff College, Bramshill. Whilst in Police Command, Richard undertook the role of Divisional Commander at 3 Police Divisions, typically managing 500 staff and having personal responsibility for devolved annual budgets of around £24m. In his role for Her Majesty’s Inspectorate, he led the review of all 43 UK police forces in their provision of a number of key policing areas which included Serious & Organised Crime, and Major Crime. After retiring from West Yorkshire Police’s Force Command Team, as part of a private organisation, he was placed in the United Arab Emirates, providing consultancy, guidance and review skills to the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Interior, assisting in the modernisation of the Abu Dhabi Police Service. Similar assistance has been provided subsequently to Somaliland and the Civil Nuclear Constabulary (UK). Currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for a Harrogate based Company, Richard thrives providing leadership, review and audit functions. As such, he is delighted to be available to support Bespoke Integrity Solutions Ltd. – Protecting businesses from the risks of fraud, financial crime and other integrity challenges.
